The Britax Child Bike Seat is the ultimate in ease of use. With the innovative click and cruise bracket, attachment and removal from the bike is quick and easy. The 9-position head rest and 15-position foot rests each adjust effortlessly to comfortably fit children from 9 months to 4 years and up to 40 pounds (18 kg). The tall backrest, deep sides, 5-point harness, and integrated spoke guards keep children safe and secure while the built-in suspension, 2-position recline, shoulder pads and breathable padding keep them comfortable. The machine washable padding is also reversible with two color options, red and gray. Ideal for busy, active lifestyles, the child bike seat attaches to your bike with an easy-to-install BRITAX Click and Cruise Bracket. You can quickly remove the child bike seat by depressing the safety catch to lift it off the bike, leaving the bracket in place for another bike ride. Plus, with additional brackets (sold separately) you can switch the child bike seat from bike to bike with ease.

This is my first Child Bike Seat I ever tried. First, I was concerned it would not fit on my bike. We have 2 here and one it would not work with. The other just barely made it. I recommend you check first for compatibility but I'm sure this is a similar issue with other bike seats. Instructions were easy to follow and setup/install was a breeze. I did it myself. I was skeptical on how the seat gets attached but I realize all bike seats get attached the same way. I like how it can be removed with ease and put back in in a matter of seconds. My daughter is 20m and was the test subject for this. The seat seemed very comfortable for her, her first time in a seat a such. It has a slight recline and adjusts in height for the shoulder straps to buckle her in. This was not an issue for her, and it even went over her bike helmet so I... The high regard myself and others have for Britax was enough to convince me to obtain this bicycle seat and I have not regretted my decision.I have two small girls, one of whom is still small enough to use a seat such as this. The weight limit is 40 pounds, so it is only going to work for children roughly four years of age or younger. My little one is still light enough and when she was first introduced, she took to this seat right away. She likes the adventurous feeling of riding on the back of the bicycle and I feel good knowing that she is safe and secure. This gave me an easier time keeping a 23 month old fascinated with bicycles away from small parts and allowed us to try it out more quickly. I mounted the bike seat on a large-sized Diamondback hard-tail mountain bike. When initially placing the mount on the tube, I was greatly concerned that it would interfere with the crank-shaft shifter cable.
