Included in this package is one Top Tube Alternative for women's/kid's drop down frame bikes, a 10' Cable Lock, and a Hitch Lock. The hitch lock that works with the anti-rattle feature, keeping your rack securely mounted to your vehicle while your bikes locked to the rack. The rear mount design eliminates overhead lifting and increases fuel economy when compared to roof-mounted bike racks.
